We take baseline measurements and may order lab work to check for metabolic, thyroid or hormonal factors. Patients at our Leon Springs clinic can also have an InBody body composition scan.
Your personalized plan
Together you build a plan that can include nutrition guidance, activity goals, behavior coaching and, when appropriate, semaglutide or tirzepatide.
Ongoing check-ins
Regular follow-up visits let your provider track your progress and adjust your plan.
