Dominion Access Care – Essential Plan

$150 / month
  • All office visits are included in the membership at no additional charge.
  • All sick visits are included in the membership at no additional charge.
  • One comprehensive annual exam is included per membership year at no additional charge.
  • Routine labs are included up to two times per year.
  • Preferred discounted pricing is available for additional labs, procedures, and imaging.
  • Discounted pricing on up to 1,000 pharmacy medications is included in the membership.
Lab note: Routine labs are limited to two units per membership period and reset according to your membership cycle. Additional labs are paid for separately by the patient.

Access Care Membership FAQs

Can I still use my insurance with Access Care?

Yes. You can keep using your insurance for things like specialist visits, imaging and hospital care. Routine labs twice a year are already included in your membership.

Yes. Routine labs are included twice per year as part of your membership.

How does billing work?

Membership is $150 per month, billed monthly, plus a one-time $100 registration fee. There is a 6-month minimum commitment.

Is there a family or couples plan?

Yes. Discounted pricing is available for additional family members. Call us at 210-944-8855 for details.

Which locations can I use?

Members can be seen at all Dominion Health clinic locations, and telemedicine visits are included.

Are medications included?

Members get discounted pricing on up to 1,000 pharmacy medications.

How do I cancel?
